shipping CHARGES

We are happy to offer free UPS / USPS ground shipping on orders $100 and over* shipping to the continental United States. For orders less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $8 for UPS ground shipping.

If you are in a pinch and need your items right away, please contact us at customercare@garboandfriends.us for a rush shipping quote.

Items needing to be shipped internationally do not qualify for free shipping.

*Excluding orders for Wool Rugs which incur an oversized freight fee of $50.

CANADA : We ship to Canada via USPS Priority International/Insured for a flat rate of $20 This service usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive (Customs may increase this time. AUSTRALIA: We ship to Australia via USPS Priority International/Insured for a flat rate of $50 unless otherwise specified This service usually takes 10-12 business days to arrive (Customs may increase this time. shipping & Delivery times

Orders placed for In Stock items are shipped from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive 3-5 business days thereafter. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive 7-10 business days therafter.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition at time of purchase*. We offer a full refund (with the exception of shipping expenses associated with the order) if they are returned in their original condition within 15 days of receipt.

*Excludes Ride On Cars which are Final Sale and cannot be returned

Refund / Exchange

Please email us at customercare@garboandfriends.us to begin the return / exchange process.

Please note: The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund: As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of three business days to refund a credit card.

Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the desired item the same day. We will contact you for your credit card information if there is a balance due for the new item before shipping it out. You will receive a confirmation email when the new item ships so you know it’s on its way.

ORDER DETAILS

SALES TAX

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipping outside of the state of New York. For all orders shipping within New York a sales tax does apply.

PAYMENT METHODS / SECURITY

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

We never see your credit card details. All transactions are processed by Stripe, who manage over a million card payments every month. Your personal details are encrypted using a 256-bit SSL certificate, the same technology used to secure online banking.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Shortly after submitting your order you’ll receive an Email verifying that it’s been received by Garboandfriends.us. This email is your reciept. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an additional Email informing you of the shipping date, the details of your order and any tracking information.
